Countersunk head with, W-Cut thread design and Climatek plated. For use in wood, particleboard, plastic, sheet metal, etc. Starhead (Torque Type Slot) Screws have two big advantages: 1) The torque type (star slot) head firmly turns the screw and requires far less pressure than phillips head. 2) The lower threads on starhead screws are very hard and have a cutting edge making them very easy to drive full length. R4 Screw #8 takes a #15 bit. R4 Screw #9, #10 & #12 take a #25 bit.
